Don’t refresh the booking page. We’ll do it.

Watch a reservation page, a class schedule, a passport appointment portal, or any availability calendar. SiteChime checks on a schedule and chimes as soon as the next check sees a slot open up — with the date, time, or seat block in the summary.

The problem

Every booking page punishes the person who checks most often.

Doctor appointments, government visa slots, popular restaurants, national-park camping permits, gym classes, exam dates. All of them have one thing in common: the only way to get a spot is to be the person looking at the page the second one opens.

SiteChime takes the refresh button off your hands. Pick the availability block once, and you’ll hear about the next open slot by email, Slack, Discord, or webhook — not five minutes later when someone else has already taken it.

How it works

Public booking pages and logged-in portals, both covered.

Cloud mode

For public booking pages.

Paste the URL of a public reservation or availability page. SiteChime fetches it from our servers on a schedule and compares each snapshot to the previous one. Great for restaurants, classes, and public ticket pages.

Hourly checks on Pro · 15-minute checks on Pro+

Browser mode

For appointment portals behind a login.

Government appointment systems, medical portals, and member-only booking pages usually require an account. Install the Chrome extension, sign in once in your own browser, and SiteChime watches the page from inside your session.

Your password never leaves your machine. Only the extracted page text is uploaded. Get the extension.

What gets monitored

The pages everyone has open in another tab.

Restaurant reservation slots

Watch a specific party-size + date view on a reservation page. SiteChime alerts you when a slot in your target window opens up.

Doctor & dental appointment portals

Browser mode watches your patient portal’s availability calendar from inside your signed-in session. Alerts fire when a sooner slot appears.

Government visa & passport appointments

Watch the date-selection page on your country’s visa or passport portal. Get pinged when the next available date drops.

Gym class & studio bookings

Watch a specific class page or the day grid on your booking app. Hear about cancellations on the next check after the spot reopens.

National park & campsite permits

Watch the date-availability grid on a campground or permit page. SiteChime catches cancellations that briefly reopen popular dates.

Exam, DMV, & service-center slots

Watch the slot picker on driver-license renewals, exam-booking systems, or service-center appointments. Reschedule as soon as the next check spots a sooner slot.

Example alert

What an alert looks like.

Slot opened

New appointment on the visa renewal page

A new date appeared in the appointment calendar — March 10, 2026 at 2:30 PM — before any of the previously visible slots.

Why SiteChime

Built for people who just want to book the thing.

Pick the calendar, not the whole page

The visual section picker lets you watch just the availability grid or slot list. Header changes, promo banners, and footer edits don’t fire false alerts.

Plain-English summary

Each alert leads with what changed in one sentence — "Slot opened: Tue Mar 10 at 2:30 PM", "3 new times available this week" — so you can act in two seconds.

Email, Slack, Discord, webhook

Get slot alerts by email, or push to a Slack DM or Discord channel for travel, family, or team coordination. Available on Pro and above.

Works on logged-in portals

Browser mode watches portals from inside your own browser session — patient portals, government appointment systems, member-only booking apps. Your password never leaves your machine.

No booking automation

SiteChime tells you a slot is available. You book it yourself. We don’t click, fill forms, or hold a slot — that’s how accounts get banned and is against most portal ToS.

Failure transparency

When a check fails (the page changed structure, you got logged out, a captcha appeared), the dashboard tells you why in plain language so you can fix the watch.

FAQ

Common questions about slot monitoring.

How fast will I get an alert when a slot opens?

Cloud-mode checks run as often as every 15 minutes on Pro+, hourly on Pro, daily on Free. Browser-mode checks run on a schedule from your own browser. We do not promise instant alerts — honestly, "within your plan’s check interval".

Will SiteChime book the slot for me?

No. SiteChime is a notification service, not a booking bot. We tell you the slot is available. You book it yourself, in your own browser, on your own account. This is intentional — booking automation gets accounts banned and is against most portal ToS.

Is this allowed? I don’t want to get my account flagged.

For public pages, cloud-mode checks look like normal browser visits at a polite cadence — your plan’s interval, not "as fast as possible". For logged-in portals, browser mode is just your own browser opening a page; it’s the same activity you’d generate by refreshing manually, just on a schedule. We don’t bypass rate limits or anti-bot challenges.

Can I use this for resale tickets / scalping?

SiteChime is built for people booking a thing for themselves, their family, or their team. We won’t stop you, but the check intervals (15 min on Pro+) are too slow to be useful for serious resale workflows — that’s a different category of tool.

Can I watch only certain dates or times?

Each watch supports a "page mentions" alert rule — set it to a specific date, time, or text and SiteChime only chimes when that text appears on the page. Useful for "alert me only when March slots appear" type rules.

How does pricing work?

Free includes 5 watches with daily checks. Pro is $9/month for 25 watches with hourly checks plus Slack, Discord, and webhook destinations. Pro+ is $19/month for 50 watches with 15-minute checks and a priority queue.

Stop tab-switching to the booking page.

Add a reservation page in under a minute. Free includes five watches and daily checks — no credit card needed.
